Radagast may well be my favorite beard. His drawing ability when traveling through is insanely powerful. Here’s a deck that makes full use of that — by stalking down your hero opponent’s and «befriending» them .
3 Flatter a Foe
3 Vanishment
3 Wizard’s River-Horses
3 Risky Blow
1 Sacrifice of Form
3 New Friendship
3 Old Friendship
1 Wizard’s Voice
3 Smoke Rings
3 Longbottom Leaf
2 Marvels Told
1 Orcrist
1 Wormsbane.

Basically, the idea is to chase your poor opponent around Middle Earth, influencing away his most important characters with lots of diplomat cards. There’s a couple more wizard’s voices in the sideboard (I’m afraid of the corruption…). The pool consists of whatever you think are the 10 most important characters. Usually, these consist of Sam, Fatty, Beorn, Aragorn, Glorfindel, Thrain, Cirdan, Elrond, and whoever else strikes your fancy. Pack 3 twilights on the hazard side, as you certainly don’t want to get snowstormed. It might not be the most effective deck, but it’s fun! Just beware of your opponent getting your wizard first and laughing at you, or just playing wizard’s laughter….

LIke the idea, Who will be your diplomats to influence the resources?
Just Radagast. Alone. He uses flatter a foe, river-horses, and vanishments to cancel every creature that gets thrown at him. If you can draft a big diplomat like cirdan as well, that can be helpful, but the beard is the main focus of this deck. The biggest worry, I think, comes from rivers. It might be wise to throw some Hundreds of Butterflies or And Forth He Hastened into the deck.
