This is a fun deck but it seemed reasonable effective.
The objective was to get all the hobbits in play. One game I just missed one and still had 8 general influence left.

The main idea of the deck is to make Bag End a haven and play Mallorn to untap it. An other possibility is to untap it with the dwarven ring. Mistress Lobelia can get the minion ringes from the discard pile, which are playable at bag end. The palantir is to recycle the ringlores. Gandalf can also tap to test the rings.
I know it’s a big combo but it’s fun to play.
