Travis’s checklists of things that affect an attack and things that affect a strike.

Unofficial, i.e. we don’t know if it’s exhaustive, but nonetheless it comes in handy sometimes.

These affect attacks:

1) Changes to the number of strikes.
2) Changes to the prowess of all the strikes.
3) Changes to the body of all the strikes.
4) Changes in the order strikes are assigned.
5) Changes in which player may assign strikes.
6) Changes in any special effect(s) resulting from a successful attack.
7) Changes in any special effect(s) resulting from an unsuccessful attack.
Cool Changing the attack’s detainment status.
9) Canceling the attack
10) Making the Attack un-cancelable.
11) Making the attack fizzle (like Ruse on a lone scout)

These affect strikes:

1) Changes to the strikes prowess.
2) Changes to the characters prowess (but not just tapping the char. per CRF).
3) Changes to the -3 to not tap requirement.
4) Changes to the strikes body.
5) Canceling the strike.
6) Making the strike un-cancelable.
7) Adding/Removing weapons/items that affect the resolution of the strike.
Cool Healing the character facing the strike.
9) Wounding the character facing the strike.
10) Killing the character facing the strike.
11) Making the strike ineffectual. (like Enruned Shield)
*12) Changes in any special effect(s) resulting from a successful strike (such as being taking prisioner).
*13) Changes in any special effect(s) resulting from an unsuccessful strike.
