Organization Phase – Choosing a new site

@ When a player declares that one or more of their companies will move to a site already in play, they must also verbally declare which site card in play will be the destination site for each of those companies. [CoE 2023]

Organization Phase – @change Storing Items to @Storing and Transferring items

@ In order to transfer an item for one character to another, both characters need to be in the same site, but they can be in different companies. [CoE 2023]

Movement/Hazard Phase – Movement – General

@‌ If the new site of a company is revealed and the movement is illegal for any reason, the movement is considered ineffective and the entire company does not move. It is as if the player had not declared movement at all. A movement/hazard phase is still played for that company just like any other company that wasn’t moving. [CoE 2023]

Site Phase – On-guard cards

@ Placing an on-guard card can always be done in response as long as there’s enough hazard limit, and that card can be revealed normally during the site phase. [CoE 2023]
